Fulya is a seasoned HR professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the pharma, banking, and technology sectors. Her expertise focuses on creating inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Currently, Fulya provides HR consulting and advisory services to various startups and growth-stage companies. She serves as a Fractional CHRO for some, collaborating closely with co-founders and C-suite leaders to establish HR frameworks that support their business goals.
Additionally, she offers project-based or on-demand support for leadership assessment, development, and coaching, as well as guidance on restructuring, M&A, exit strategies, and transition management processes.
